Italy-based Ghanaian Evangelist Matthew Quaicoo has disclosed that many marriages, especially among Ghanaians, fail due to selfishness.
In an interview on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Evangelist Matthew mentioned that Ghanaian couples abroad only see marriages as mere friendships and divorce easily. He indicated that
“Many people only see marriage as mere friendship. It’s like swapping your old TV for a new one or throwing it out. Many women divorce their husbands after they get here. The men do not divorce their wives as much as the women.
It would be nice to go back to Ghana and marry from there, but the women often divorce them later. Many people come to me about such things. A wife would complain about her husband’s manhood after arriving here. Meanwhile, they’ve had sex several times before.”
Moreover, Evangelist Quaicoo stated that marriages fail irrespective of where it is blessed. However, it is their mindset and their selfish acts that ruin their marriages.
He advised the youth on the negative use of social media. Mr Quaicoo advised them to use it productively instead of displaying their bodies.
