Kwame, a Ghanaian based in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, has shared a strong motivational message about success, mindset, and entrepreneurship during an interview with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa’s Daily Hustle Worldwide show.
Kwame, who has experience in multiple fields including pharmacy-related work and automobile engineering, explained that his journey has taught him that real wealth is not only about money but about knowledge, discipline, and the ability to solve problems.
Speaking on the program, he emphasized that many young people misunderstand success by focusing only on financial capital instead of building skills and creating value in society.
According to him, “the real battle is in the mind,” adding that many people remain poor not because opportunities do not exist, but because of poor thinking habits and lack of financial understanding.
Kwame also encouraged the youth to stop depending entirely on “destiny helpers” and instead invest in learning practical skills, building businesses, and understanding how to serve customers effectively.
He noted that many people travel abroad in search of capital, but fail to recognize that without knowledge, even large amounts of money can be lost quickly. “Money without knowledge collapses,” he stressed during the interview.
He further highlighted the importance of customer relations, discipline, and financial management, saying these are key factors that determine whether a business succeeds or fails.
Kwame concluded by urging young people to change their mindset, focus on problem-solving, and understand that true success comes from creating value consistently in society.
His message on SVTV Africa’s Daily Hustle Worldwide has sparked conversations around financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and the importance of self-development among Ghanaian youth.
