Maame Dorcas, wife of Ghanaian actor Agyeman Agyengo, currently based in the UK stated that many Ghanaians have tried to ruin their relationship.
Speaking with DJ Nyaami on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Maame Dorcas mentioned that some people in the Ghanaian community are circulating rumours that her husband is only interested in her for her money.
However, she strongly intimated that no other man has ever provided her with financial support to the extent that her husband has. She said, “My husband and I always laugh about it. They say he’s only with me for me for my money but that man supports me financially like no man has ever done.”
“He gives me ‘chop money’ and no man I’ve ever dated gave me that amount. I don’t need to ask. I know what I get from him. Those spreading the rumours are funny people,” she noted.
According to Dorcas, she helped her exes financially but they all betrayed him. She changes her before meeting Agyeman and feels like “I’m punishing him for a crime he didn’t commit. I did a lot for my exes including legal documents but they all left and I vowed never to do it for any man again.”
