Businessman Kwaku Fosu Asare advised Ghanaians abroad who wish to establish a business in Ghana to settle in Ghana to manage the business, otherwise, it may collapse.

Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide with DJ Nyaami, Mr Asare indicated that many Ghanaians are lazy and dishonest but always want to succeed the easy way. Hence, a business without the presence of the owner will collapse.

“Keep your money if you have enough and look at it every morning. Don’t start a business for people to feed off. Once you employ them, they start asking for cement and blocks. They will start building with your money.

Life abroad is difficult enough, so keep the money. If you can’t stay and manage the business, don’t start it. Don’t allow anyone in Ghana to tell you about a business venture to invest in. It will collapse even if you give it to a church elder,” he advised.

Moreover, the CEO of Carline Auto Parts added that business owners in Ghana must start adopting ‘juju’ as part of their job interview process. According to him, job seekers must swear to be honest or face death before they are employed because security cameras do not work on Africans.
