US-based Ghanaian Isaac Kofi has stated that anyone surviving Ghana’s economic hardship can survive and succeed anywhere in the world.

In a chat on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Isaac revealed that he had a tough life in Ghana working as a security guard on a meagre salary. However, travelling to the land of opportunities, as he called it has been of great help to him.

“It has been of great benefit to me. I’ve been able to achieve everything I put my mind to. It wasn’t easy, but I’ve achieved a lot. If anyone abroad discourages you from travelling, tell them to return to their country.

Frankly speaking, anyone who has lived in Ghana for years can survive anywhere because it is not easy. I recently came to Ghana, and Waakye for breakfast alone was GHS45. How can you survive if you make GHS1000 monthly,” he quizzed.

Isaac reiterated that even a lazy man can make it abroad because of how their system is structured and the numerous jobs available. Kofi is a seasonal worker at Delta Airlines as a ramp agent but works full-time as a Truck Driver.

“I make $1500 a week as a driver. You can make more if you own a truck. I won’t make this money in Ghana. Anything is possible here,” he noted.
