USA-based Ghanaian car wash owner Noah Danso has claimed that he charges $1000 per car in Stafford, Virginia.
Speaking on SVTV Africa, Noah indicated that no one should desire to travel abroad for money because they may become slaves to it. Noah referred to life abroad as heavenly. He stated that he does not work for money, but he is passionate about his work.
“When you travel abroad, you must add value to yourself by taking courses. The whites here are not better than us. I have my business, and I charge whatever amount I want. I take $1000 per car. I don’t take out the engine or anything. I’m passionate about what I do,” he told DJ Nyaami.
Noah further added that before establishing his own, he worked the same job for $150. However, after an encounter with some role models, “I set up mine, and I charge $1000. After giving the client the cost, they ask when I can start. I was shocked.”
He reiterated that blacks must add value to themselves to prevent others from disregarding and disrespecting them. According to Noah, America is a land of opportunities for everyone to succeed as long as they add value.
