Evangelist Samuel Marfo AKA Misty Coke has stated that anyone who believes they are bewitched is a fool.

In an interview on SVTV Africa with DJ Nyaami, Misty Coke indicate that Ghanaians and Africans must refrain from blaming witches and spirits for their sicknesses and deaths because the whites give care to the sick instead of blaming evil spirits.

“You know if you don’t keep the environment clean, you will fall ill, and you know that as humans, we fall ill sometimes. Death is also inevitable for humans. Even the great men of God in the Bible who believed in God so much fell ill and died. Elisha resurrected the dead, but he fell ill and died. Once you have been born, you will die one day. The whites do not blame witches for their sickness, but they give them care. So, they can feel comfortable till they die because death is part of us.”

“If I am having a conversation and you mention witchcraft, I see you as a fool. I see you as a fool because there is nowhere in the Bible that talks about witches. If you do that, you will never succeed in life,” Misty said.

According to the man of God, Africans accord too much respect to spirits because “how can you develop when you are tasking spirits to do the same things that you can do. If everyone disposed of rubbish well, our zoom lion workers could have planted flowers to beautify the city. But because people are not sensible to do that or have the government ban sachet water, look at what’s happening. No one in my family drinks sachet water. It must be the bottled one because, with that, you can keep it till you find a bin to dispose of it, ” he added.

He also reveals that he has not drunk or bathed for the past thirteen years. Misty spoke about abandoning archaic traditions because they are a burden.
