Popular Aphrodisiac seller, Elizabeth Torgbor aka Mama Gee has stated that attitudes of some wives call for their husbands to beat them however, she does not support domestic violence.
In an interview on SVTV Africa with DJ Nyaami, Mama Gee indicated that some married women are lazy and depend solely on their husbands. Often, this frustrates the husbands and result in physical abuse.
“If there is no man out there to depend on, won’t you polish yourself? Men love polished and made-up women. Make yourself up, and he will garnish you up. You are not educated, you can’t do business either.”
“There is a man who has set up a business for his wife five times, won’t he slap you when you speak? He will because as soon as he does, then you collapse the business,” she said.
Mama Gee also advised the married couple to be patient and have creative ways to deal with their marital issues.
“Most often, we are not patient. We need to be patient and be understanding. There is no perfect one out there, but you need to pray about him. You can’t also pray always without cooking and washing for your husband,” Mama Gee added.
Mama Gee is a marriage counselor, and also sells products to boost sexual drive.
