Mrs. Francisca Boateng of Slamm Technology CEO Empowers Young Women and Shares Advice on Business and Marriage
Mrs. Francisca Boateng of Slamm Technology Ceo appeared on SVTV Africa’s Business link Show with Dj Nyaami to speak about IT, cybersecurity, women empowerment, business development, and marriage.
During the interview, she proudly acknowledged her staff for their dedication and hard work while she was overseas. According to her, her team managed the company exceptionally well in her absence, and she was deeply impressed by their commitment.
As a reward, she has secured appointments and opportunities for them to further their education and professional growth. Mrs. Boateng emphasized that her goal is not just to run a business but to empower people.
“I want to see them grow. I want them to learn and succeed in life,” she said.
Mrs. Boateng revealed that she lived abroad for 32 years. However, when she decided to establish her business in Ghana, she intentionally stayed in the country for nine months to carefully study the market before launching.
Her advice to anyone planning to invest in Ghana:
“If you want to do business in Ghana, do proper research. Spend time in the country. Study the system before committing your money.”
Currently, Slamm Technology is supporting about 20 young women who are relocating to Kumasi for training. The company has provided accommodation, meals, and structured cybersecurity training for them. According to her, they even arranged security and proper supervision to ensure the ladies are safe and focused during their two-week intensive program.
Mrs. Boateng explained that she was born in February, the month often associated with love, and she believes in showing love through action and generosity.
She also spoke passionately about her marriage. Mrs. Boateng has been married for 28 years to her husband, Mr. Boateng. She described her marriage as happy and fulfilling.
“This is the first Valentine’s Day my husband and I are spending apart. We have always celebrated it together,” she shared.
She clarified that no marriage is perfect, but mutual respect, love, and shared memories have kept their bond strong.
“I am not saying my husband is perfect, but I am in a good marriage. I love my husband, and he loves me.”
She advised young people not to rush into marriage due to pressure from family or society.
“If someone is showing bad behavior before marriage, don’t assume it will change after marriage. Sometimes it becomes worse,” she cautioned.
She encouraged patience, emphasizing that the right partner will come at the right time. She also urged parents, aunties, and uncles to stop pressuring young people into forced or rushed marriages.
“Marriage is not by force. If it’s not working, don’t force it. Let the right love come naturally.”
Through her business and personal life, Mrs. Francisca Boateng continues to inspire many — proving that success, empowerment, and a happy marriage can coexist when built on purpose, patience, and genuine love.
