Mandy Asamoah has been living in Italy for the past two years. She shared her life story during an appearance on SVTV Africa’s Daily Hustle Worldwide Show, where she spoke about marriage, patience, and life abroad.

Mandy revealed that she gave birth shortly after arriving in Italy. Before relocating, she lived in Ghana, first in Ashongman and later at her family house at Parade, where she met her husband. She explained that she was introduced to him through a mutual connection. At the time, many people spoke negatively about him, questioning his character and claiming he did not have the means to marry or support her abroad. Despite these comments, Mandy said her family came together, supported the relationship, and the couple eventually got married.

According to her, they have been together for about six to seven years, and she describes her husband as the best partner she could ask for. Mandy does not work in Italy, explaining that her husband works daily and takes full responsibility for the family. She emphasized that he provides for the household without complaint and never makes her feel like a burden.

She recounted that their relationship began with regular video calls while her husband was abroad. When he later traveled to Ghana, he officially came to marry her. After the marriage, Mandy waited patiently for six years before she was finally brought to Italy. During that period, her husband continued to visit Ghana every year.

Upon her arrival in Italy, the couple later returned to Ghana to bring their children, and they now have three children together. Mandy stated that she allows her husband to manage the children’s social benefits, as she does not work, while he pays all household bills and still gives her personal spending money.

Speaking on life abroad, Mandy said she has not made many friends in Italy, explaining that making the wrong friends can destroy a person’s life overseas. She described her husband as her closest friend and support system. She also praised the Italian school system, saying it is well structured and beneficial for children.

Mandy Asamoah is currently based in Verona, Italy, where she continues to focus on raising her children and supporting her family, emphasizing that patience, trust, and family support have been key to her successful marriage and life abroad.
