Her husband also contributed significantly, working in mental health and supporting the family’s goals.

Reflecting on her parenting journey, Doris observed a stark difference between raising children in Ghana and abroad.

“The kids I raised in Ghana are well-trained and calm,” she explained, adding that raising boys abroad comes with unique challenges.

Despite the struggles, Doris believes in the power of hard work and the opportunities available abroad.

“If you work hard, you can build your dream home back in Ghana. I encourage everyone to travel and seize opportunities when they come,” she said, inspiring others to pursue their goals with determination.
