Naomi Fosua, a Ghanaian living in Spain, shared her two-and-a-half journey from Morroco to Spain and why she had to stay in the forest for seven months.

According to Noami, she left Ghana for greener pastures but could not secure a visa. As a result, Noami opted for the risky option of traveling through the desert of Morroco, crossing the Alboran Sea to Spain.

In a Daily Hustlw Worldwide interview on SVTV Africa, Naomi disclosed that she left her three kids to make the journey and vowed not to return to Ghana without seeing Europe first.

“The journey Morroco was a tough one. I remember the group I walked through the desert with left me behind during a police chase. Another agent left me in the desert, and I had to eat from trash cans, but returning to Ghana was not part of the plan.

I had two options; either to enter Europe or my corpse was sent back to Ghana because I sold everything for that journey. That was my mindset. I spent about two and a half years on the road to Morroco and seven months hiding in the forest,” she narrated.

After several tries and a death escape, Naomi finally arrived in Spain in January 2022. According to Naomi, they spent two days in a boat on the Aldoran Sea to Spain. She shared more about Spain; work, life as a foreign national, and more with DJ Nyaami.
