Dj Nyaami Honoured with Global Peace Ambassadors Award for Media Excellence and Global Influence
The Chief Executive Officer of SVTV Africa, Emmanuel Amuanor Kwadjo, popularly known as Dj Nyaami, has been honoured with a prestigious award by the Global Peace Ambassadors Awards NGO Conference.
The award ceremony was held on 23rd December at the British Council, where Dj Nyaami received the Media Excellence Leader and Global Influencer of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to media development, social impact, and humanitarian service.
Upon receiving the award, Dj Nyaami dedicated the honour to SVTV Africa, SVTV Africa Foundation, SVTV Sports, SVTV International, and the loyal SVTV Africa fans across the globe. He stated that the recognition reflects the collective efforts of the SVTV team and the impact their platforms continue to make in society.
According to the award organizers, SVTV Africa was selected based on its strong humanitarian record, including initiatives such as supporting individuals from ghetto communities, assisting stranded migrants from Europe to return safely to Ghana, creating job opportunities, and providing essential support through donations such as containers filled with relief items for vulnerable people.
The Global Peace Ambassadors Awards Committee commended SVTV Africa for using media as a tool for positive change, peace advocacy, and social transformation, which ultimately led to the organisation receiving this distinguished recognition.
Dj Nyaami expressed gratitude to the organizers and reaffirmed SVTV Africa’s commitment to empowering communities and using media to uplift lives both in Ghana and internationally.
