Ghanaian Businesswoman and CEO of Effelois Cleaning Company Shares Her Journey on SVTV Africa
Ghanaian businesswoman and CEO of Effelois Cleaning Company, Effelois, is making remarkable strides in the cleaning industry. Based in Ghana, she has successfully established two offices—one dedicated to cleaning equipment and the other serving as her main administrative office.
In an interview with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa’s Daily Hustle Worldwide Show, Effelois shared her inspiring journey and lessons from entrepreneurship.
According to her, “Life is patience, and when your time is right, no one can stop you. When I look back, I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. When you work hard and don’t give up, you’ll surely be victorious.”
She recalled her early days when she would post her services on social media but received little to no response. Despite setbacks—including losing some of her investment—she stayed committed to her dream. “I believed that one day I would own cleaning machines and grow my business,” she said.
Effelois emphasized that cleaning is a demanding job, but passion makes it fulfilling. “Cleaning doesn’t require a certificate—it requires love and dedication. Don’t focus on money; do the work well, and success will follow,” she added.
Today, her determination is paying off as more people show interest in joining her company, submitting numerous job applications.
Effelois also encouraged young Ghanaians to look within the country for opportunities. “There are plenty of opportunities in Ghana,” she said, “but most people only need the capital to start.”
