American Born Ghanaian Camille Harold appeared on SVTV Africa’s Daily Hustle Worldwide and SVTV Connect with DJ Nyaami, where she shared her emotional journey to find her biological parents who gave her up for adoption. After 21 years, Camille finally reunited with her long-lost father, a former police officer known as Jordan Quaye.
During their first-ever conversation, Camille was overwhelmed to learn her father’s real name and that he still lives in Ghana. “He told me he always hoped to hear from me before he passed,” she revealed. Camille was also surprised to discover she has a sister and a 29-year-old older brother in Ghana.
She described the reunion as a “crazy experience,” especially since her adoptive family had very limited contact with her biological mother at the time of adoption and were equally shocked by the sudden development. The reunion happened unexpectedly on a random day, thanks to the SVTV Africa community. Camille expressed deep gratitude to fans who shared her story, helping it eventually reach her father.
DJ Nyaami also spoke with Jordan Quaye, who confirmed the emotional connection and shared his side of the story.
