Trudy Nketiah, a Ghanaian lady based in the US revealed that she had an affair with her host while his wife was visiting Ghana and threw her out after a few weeks.
Speaking with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa, Trudy mentioned that they had a misunderstanding within her first two weeks in the US. According to Trudy, she joked about contacting his wife but her host feared she might do it.
“He gave me a phone to use when mine developed a fault. I saw his wife’s contact there and joked about befriending her. But he thought I wanted to ruin his marriage. My host dropped me off at work the next day and didn’t call me for a few days. I called him but he didn’t call back.
I was at work when he came by with my bags packed, saying he could not stay with me anymore. We did have an affair. I was grateful for what he did for me but it was not the reason for the affair. I had to move to another state,” she narrated.
Trudy shares more about life and work in the US. She left Ghana two years ago and disclosed how life-changing it has been.
