Susan, an American married to a Ghanaian man revealed that she blocked him when he first sent her a DM because she feared he could be a scammer.
Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide with DJ Nyaami, Susan soon regretted her decision and begged him to take her back. Susan visited Ghana a few times and started a casual relationship that would later become marriage.
“At one point, I blocked him everywhere. I got scared and blocked him. He got upset. He had a fever because he was heartbroken. I knew right then that I had made a mistake. I blocked him because my sisters said he was a scammer, so I got scared.
Later, I had to beg him to take me back. He was so hurt. I knew I had made a mistake. We’ve been married seven years now, and he’s the best thing God ever gave to me.”
Susan was initially frightened to visit Ghana, but after her first trip, she fell in love with the country and wished to return, largely, due to her husband’s influence.
