Canada-based Ghanaian Maggie disclosed that her ex-husband wanted her to spend her salary on rent and housekeeping when he spent his on his other wife.
Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Madam Maggie revealed that her ex-husband initially told her that he was spending his salary on building a house in Ghana. However, he was spending it on his other wife in Ghana. The said wife was a lady Madam Maggie knew quite well.
“I knew her sister whom I called sister-in-law because she married a distant cousin. I only found out about their marriage through a friend. I was hurt and angry because he betrayed me. So I had to divorce him and focus on the kids,” she said on SVTV AFRICA with DJ Nyaami.
Moreover, Madam Maggie mentioned that friends ruined her marriage and made life abroad tough. According to her, many friends have betrayed her.
“I introduced my baby daddy to a friend in Ghana to help her travel to Canada. Immediately my baby daddy landed in Ghana, he fell into her trap and dated him. I confronted her on it, but she told me I’m not her family and we were just friends,” she added.
