“My first and secondborns were with my students, but God has forgiven me for it. At the time, you are young, fresh from college and all. It isn’t my fault. It was youthful exuberance,” he said on Daily Hustle Worldwide.

Moreover, Kobby advised young teachers to avoid such acts because “it is bad. It brings a lot of issues you will not want.”

Kobby travelled to South Africa in 2013 to work a while before moving to the US. While in SA, he had two kids with a South African woman beside her Ghanaian children.

Speaking with DJ Nyaami, Kobby shared his journey from Ghana through South Africa to the USA. According to Kobby, he believed his success would come from his settling abroad.

He added that the ‘pressure’ from Ghanaians abroad who came home pushed him to believe that he would succeed if he left the country.

“My focus was to travel. That is why I went for tertiary education.”
