Japan-based Ghanaian Mr. Kwabena Yeboah has stated his time in the East Asian country has changed his thoughts on Christianity and religion.

In an interview on SVTV Africa, Mr. Yeboah stated that he is scared of Christians because most of them do not follow the ways of the Bible. Mr. Yeboah added that the Japanese do not attend church, but they live like true Christians.

“When a Japanese finds a missing item, he will take it to the police because, if he did not work for it. He does not want it. I’m scared of people who say they are Christians. When a Ghanaian tells you he is a Christian, he wants to cheat you,” he said.

According to Mr. Yeboah, most Christians “are not honest. If we don’t stop, we may never develop. Japanese people are not greedy, and that’s what the Bible says. Even if a juju man follows the ten commandments, he worships God.”

Moreover, Mr. Yeboah mentioned that there are very few churches in Japan. Also, they do not believe that religion is not entirely necessary.

He lives in Tokyo with his Japanese wife and children. He revealed some Africans often divorce their Japanese wives because of finances. According to Kwabena Yeboah, the wife controls the finances of the family.

“All my bank and credit cards are with her. At the end of the month, she accounts for the money spent, but she keeps it. Men spend a lot, so it is better for her to keep it,” Mr. Yeboah told DJ Nyaami.
