Shisha seller, Doris Aseidu has sent out a word of caution to shisha smokers and added that it is more harmful than cigarettes.
Speaking on Daily Hustle on SVTV Africa, Doris indicated that from her experience, she will not encourage anyone to smoke them.
”I don’t smoke anymore. I felt pains in my chest a lot when I did so I advised myself,” she said.
Doris further stated that she would not mind if the government bans the use of shisha because it is harmful.
”Even though I sell shisha, I wouldn’t mind if they ban it. I can’t be against it because I will lose money,” she added.
According to research, an hour of smoking shisha has the same amount of toxins as smoking over 100 cigarettes. This put shisha smokers at a higher risk of developing heart and circulatory diseases, cancers and other health effects.
