22-year old SHS graduate, Appah Jonathan is a kidney disease patient currently on dialysis who needs 20,000gh for herbal treatment or he loses his life.
According to his sister, whom he stays with it began in March 2020 and his health has since deteriorated. Even though Jonathan does not smoke or do drugs, doctors are unable to tell the cause of his ailment.
Speaking with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa, Jonathan stated that it began as a stomach ache and gradually later felt constipated.
”Sometimes I felt constipated but it wasn’t that. It became severe one night and had to be rushed to the hospital but I didn’t get the right diagnosis.
Eventually, I was told it was a kidney failure and had to put on dialysis for the rest of my life. The dialysis costs 800gh and I have to do it twice every week, ” he explained.
Jonathan’s sister, Cynthia put her education on hold to see to her four siblings through school. She recently got back into school but deferred her course due to her brother’s situation.
Jonathan and her sister are begging for your support to raise 20,000gh for herbal treatment and hopes their prayer is answered.
