Former boxer and fisherman, Emmanuel Believer Lawson, AKA Agya Malon has stated that the last time he checked his weight was in 2013 and has since not checked.
In a chat with SVTV Africa, Agya Malon as he is popularly known indicated that his weight scared him and has not found the courage to check again even though he lives a healthy lifestyle now.
“It was about 325KG and I was shocked when I realized it. I haven’t been able to check again. These days I eat more celery, lettuce, cabbage and less banku and kenkey. Food is delicious but it can cause death as well.
These days, I try to exercise more, eat healthy and go for check ups and medication often,” Emmanuel told DJ Nyaami.
Speaking on whether he’s ever destroyed a bed due to his weight, he responded in affirmation and added that; ‘it was during sex but it did not stop the action. We continued like nothing happened, he said amidst laughter.
Emmanuel is a 50-year-old father of three but divorced. He hopes to marry soon.
