Tema based rapper, Allo Obra has stated that the youth of Tema Site 2 are jobless because companies do not employ them due to the perception that they are of bad behaviour.

Speaking on Backseat Vybe on SVTV Africa, the rapper indicated that it has affected the youth of site 2 despite their immense talents. He added that some residents may be rowdy as speculated however it does not reflect the nature of the youth.

“The youth have to work extra hard because if you tell an employer that you stay at site 2, you won’t get the job. There are bad people everywhere but the name is stuck with us.

There are good and talented people in site 2 but there is nothing we can do now. For me, if I travel anywhere I must be able to say that I’m from Tema site 2,” he said.

As a result, some residents “lie to get the job but I don’t know why we have been painted black.
Allo Obra also gave a hot performance to some of his songs.
