Contrary to reports that Broadcast Journalist Nana Romeo was arrested for threatening to leak videos to prove that Wendy Shay indeed has an affair with her manager, checks reveal others
There were reports that the Police had picked up the Presenter of Accra FM for insisting on releasing some videos to prove that Bullet and Wendy Shay are not just working colleagues but lovers.
Reacting to the various reports, Kojo Preko Dankwa who is a Programmes Manager at Class Media Group denounced the various reports in some sections of the media.
In a post on Facebook indicating that the reports were false, he said: “Nana Romeo is safe. Disregard the news of his arrest. Catch him live on Accra fm 100.5 fm this and every weekday between 10am – 12noon”.
The On-Air Personality has become notorious for his banter with celebrities he interviews on his show on Accra-based Accra FM. The radio personality has over a few weeks had fracas with Lynx Entertainment’s Kidi and Ruff Town Records Wendy Shay.
With Kidi, he sacked him from the Studio because he came for an interview very late. This won him several hearts however, he has lost favour with people in Ghana after he on his radio show wanted to know if Wendy Shay was sleeping with her manager, Bullet.
